Experience and Education needed:

Preferred graduate PhD degree in Computer Science from a highly ranked program.

Five+ years of large company search experience required.

People leadership a plus but not required.

A professional who has a passion for leveraging search technology and computer science techniques to drive business value and make a difference at an unbelievable scale.

Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 10 years experience in information technology or related field within the last 15 years OR Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 8 years experience in information technology or related field within the last 15 years.Additional Preferred Qualifications:4 years experience integrating new technologies or technical solutions into existing technology portfolio.

4 years experience using object-oriented design concepts.

5 years experience leading cross-functional teams in information technology or related field.

6 years experience creating and presenting technical strategies and technical solution recommendations.
