Creates and implements U.S. privacy and data protection policies, procedures, and best practices for Walmarts eCommerce, mobile, and digital products and services

Supports our global eCommerce compliance teams in maturing our privacy compliance program

Drives improvement and change through expertise and influence

Cultivates an environment where associates respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics

Working with Walmarts Chief Privacy Officer, collaborates in developing the strategy and direction in leading our data protection programs

Drives research of privacy and data protection laws, regulations, and related best practices

Leads data protection risk assessments and remediation efforts for Global eCommerce

Provides privacy and data protection training and awareness

Supports other Global eCommerce Compliance initiatives as needed



#LI-PC1Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related field

5 years experience in operational management, compliance, legal, privacy or related fieldAdditional Preferred Qualifications: Deep knowledge of new technologies and the Internet; Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP) certification

Experience in Privacy issues in a customer-facing company or strong technology background

Understand relationship between Privacy and Technology issues

Ability to work with groups to tackle challenges

Experience in managing privacy topics in acquisitions

eCommerce or retail background
