Position Title: Process Management Specialist

The incumbent leads the process of business analysis, system/process design, business requirements definition, and all aspects of project documentation. They often have overall responsibility for implementation of processes and related systems. This would include project planning, testing, and training. The scope of their responsibilities requires them to work with individuals at varying levels across multiple business units. They often manage small and mid-sized projects independently while managing sub-projects in support of larger initiatives. Finally, the incumbent will have regular functional duties related to certain systems or processes. Functional activities include system maintenance, test planning and execution, access control, report production, and user support.
The incumbent should possess a broad knowledge of operational processes and compliance issues as well as knowledge of financial products such as Life Insurance, Annuities and Mutual Funds.   Typically in this position incumbent has completed training programs or certifications in Business Analysis and/or Project Management and have several years of related experience

Incumbent in this position should have:
  • 5 or more of general business experience in the financial services industry
  • 3 or more years of experience in business analysis, requirements definition, or project management
  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • Certification in business analysis or project management could suppliment some of the experience
