Job Details

This role is based at the Pfizer Newbridge site. He/she will be accountable for supporting the Continuous Improvement processes, driven by the global Intergrated Manufacturing Excellence (IMEx) programme. They will work closely with the Process Centric Teams.

Areas of responsibility

+ Accountable for effective implementation, execution and sustaining of Tier 0 - Tier 2 IMEX CI Processes Identification (management and execution of Ci projects)

+ Identification of CI opportunities to improve OEE/RTE and schedule adherence to meet improvement targets

+ Coaching of Method 1 in T 1 to support CI

+ Coaching of Method 4 projects by T2

+ Execution of own Method 2 / Method 4 project

+ Owns CI Process and ensures rigor is applied in selection/execution of M1M4projects

+ Use of data to inform decisions to improve performance

+ **Key shared accountabilities**

+ Coach colleagues in the IMEx focus areas (Ecosystems) and ways of working with PCT members

+ Shared responsibility in conjunction with the PCT Coach & Process Technologist for the sustained application of the IMEx Ecosystem elements (Visual management, Process Centric Teams, Standard Work, Continuous Improvement, DDDM, Asset Care, Process Robustness, Learning & Development, structured GEMBA...)

+ Root Cause analysis for elimination of repeat performance issues /occurrences

+ Lead relevant shared investigations with technical, compliance, engineering Process team members.

**Critical Decisions:**

OWNS Prioritization of CI programs at T0 - T2

INFLUENCES: Allocation of resources for CI and scheduling of CI activities
