 You will help our stakeholders:
•        Improve decision-making by providing risk analysis, insight and transparency.
•        Increase return on capital by making risk-informed decisions on how to optimize capital allocation
•        Accelerate and streamline risk processes to reduce costs from continuity interruption and manage operational risk.
•        Reduce the cost of regulatory compliance.
•        Dynamically evolve with a risk architecture that can efficiently adapt as risk management practices, stakeholder demands and regulations change.

Who You'll Work With
You will support the Supplier Risk Program to effectively manage supplier risk in accordance with internal policy and regulatory requirements, ensure strong oversight of all vendor risks and provide visibility of existing and emerging risks.  Based upon Risk Classification, you will complete analysis of risk factors for Cisco’s suppliers and ensure the respective business owners are monitoring, reviewing, and mitigating risk associated with service providers using risk factors such as: Regulatory Compliance, Legal, Transactional, Financial Stability, Market Reputation, Operational, Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery, and Information Security.  You will work with the appropriate business users and experts, ensure that for any identified risk that require mitigating action, including vendor disengagement, a plan is developed and executed that indicates the process and/or service involved, the outgoing vendor, the replacement vendor, the anticipated timeline, measurable milestones, expected completion date and the plan for contingencies should an orderly transition not occur.  You will perform continuous improvement processes on the supplier risk program to bring more awareness of the program as well as ensure Cisco’s supplier protect Cisco’s business continuity, reputation and brand
You will maintain established relationships with the Business and procurement stakeholders to ensure proper execution and compliance with risk policies and procedures.  Act as a subject matter expert to assist the business in identifying and mitigating risks on their supplier relationships. Identify, categorize and evaluate business areas where enhanced risk processes may be required; delivering to the company leadership a risk-based ranking of business critical processes and/or services Ownership of the Supplier Risk service, including SLA for the services performed and reporting of metrics.  Work with Procurement Category Management for align of risk program and risk supplier remediation
• Promote and deliver continuous training and awareness to Business partners on vendor risk.
• Own in the management of the Supplier Risk systems and tools Stay abreast of regulatory environment in regards to Supplier Risk
• Align Supplier Risk program to the new supplier process and ensure ongoing risk management activities occur in the existing supply base.

Minimum qualifications:
• 1-3 years – Financial Analysis or Data Analytics 
• 5-7+ years – Experience managing service providers/supplier relationships or risk management programs 
• Bachelors in related field or equivalent level of experience.  MBA or Masters in related field desired
