Optum Analytics is looking for a Product Analyst who is passionate about using information technology to improve the quality, safety and efficiency of the health care system.  The analyst with work on both the analytics and care coordination products.

As a Product Analyst, you will help execute the strategy and vision for the different products, establish collaborative relationships with external and internal stakeholders, gather accurate requirements and evaluate product performance for enhancements. You will strategically and creatively think about how the consumer experience should work & translate the product vision to product requirements. The successful candidate for this position will be a detail - oriented analytic thinker, flexible problem - solver, excellent communicator and team player with natural curiosity. 

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Become an expert in Optum Analytics and Optum Care Coordination functionality, staying current with product information, changes and updates;
  • Be able to configure the client environment for care coordination clients within Salesforce to meet expectations;
  • Provide clients with consultative support and recommendations including reports;
  • Work in tandem with product team and client services team to ensure smooth product delivery and ongoing optimization;
  • Identify creative opportunities to solve client problems;
  • Manage client communication around data and product related issues and questions;
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of the healthcare priorities driving use of the Optum Solutions;
  • Build an understanding of how data drives clinical and analytic applications;
  • Serve as a resource for Product and Client Service Managers and other internal teams including support (if needed)
