* Triage, investigate and remediate customer impacting issues

* Prioritize production issues, communicating business impact, and providing status updates to stakeholders.

* Act as a liaison between customer support, engineering and product teams.

* Analyze business problems using data from internal and external sources

* Conduct exploratory data analyses to generate hypotheses and identify patterns

* Conduct detailed root-cause analyses and data-mining around customer issues and VOC

* Provide actionable insights and innovative business recommendations to product managers to influence strategy and performance of Walmart products

* Drive resolution and prioritization of ad-hoc requests across cross-functional partnersCity:SAN BRUNOState:CAPosition Description:* Explore customer feedback and data for customer experience particular to Walmart.com

+ Demonstrates up-to-date expertise in Product Management and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans

+ Drives the product discovery process for small defined projects

+ Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity

+ Supports product implementation and deployment for small defined projects

Minimum Qualifications:* 2-3 years of relevant work experience (business analyst, customer experience, product manager, QA/Engineering roles)

* Excellent Powerpoint, data visualization and data story telling a must

* Strong SQL skills (Teradata and Hadoop a plus)

* Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships with external departments and leadershipAdditional Preferred Qualifications:* Experience with Tableau or similar BI platform to develop reports/dashboards (R, Python, HIVE a plus)

* Tealeaf experience (Omniture, A/B testing tools a plus)
