As a Channel Practice Launch Specialist – Systems Manager (SM), you will team up with our talented Product Management and Channel teams to define how Meraki brings our disruptive products to market. As part of a core group of Specialists that play a pivotal role in developing our broad go-to-market Channel strategy. To accomplish this, you will work with our most strategic partners to develop bespoke practices while also building scalable engagement models enabling thousands of partners to build practices specific to your product. This is a fast-paced role who will suit someone with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and an interest in agile technology.

You Will:

  • Build GTM Channel plan for broad engagement and identifying key partners to target
  • Work with existing channel and sales resources to identify key partner stakeholders
  • Work with Product Management to craft message and evangelize new product
  • Identify key enablement strategies, and utilize our Enablement team on execution
  • Build internal and external product specific collateral and scalable tools
  • Seed hundreds (if not thousands) of partner practices in EMEA
  • Be generally awesome and specifically fantastic

You have:

  • Proven track record of 3-5 years in a technology sales role within a dynamic startup environment
  • Sound commercial acumen
  • Experience in building a reseller channel from scratch is preferred
  • Natural ability to collaborate with multiple teams
  • German and/or French + English preferred
  • Technical background is an advantage
  • You will be open to up to 50% travel across EMEA
