Our Supply Chain team partners with the Small Business Technology Group Development and Marketing team deliver various Switch, Wireless AP and Routing products focused on Small Business market globally.  You will have a unique opportunity to join this innovative and disruptive team and unleash new exciting products in the market.


 What You'll Do

You will be a catalyst for change in driving the organization to our Manufacturing Excellence (Mx) goals.
Responsible team leader for overall cost management and product line performance metrics throughout the product or program lifecycle from TTQV to EOL. Typically responsible for facilitating the IPT that will provide increase support to continuously improve the cost and quality performance metrics. The PLPM influences Manufacturing, Engineering, and Marketing management in determining strategy and execution of technical solutions in worldwide manufacturing. High Level Responsibilities: * The PLPM may oversee some or all of the following functional areas as assigned by the MPO to ensure the product cost and quality performance metrics are met from TTQV to EOL. * The VE Planning and Management. * Change Management * MCNs * Compliance * Execution of Supply Chain changes * Engineering change implementation * Responsible for sustaining escalations (i.e. line stop resolution, CAP accounts, AVL management, manufacturing process improvement) * EOL Strategy and Planning development with integrated product team * EOL Strategy execution * Risk management (multi-source tech assessment, component, cost variance, supply chain review over product lifecycle)


Who You Are

You've got experience program managing and executing HW and SW products. You have a thorough knowledge of Bill of Materials, Commodity knowledge, Demand Planning, Materials Management, Supply Chain Cost Management Skills, Influence cross-Functionally, Analytical, Global Business Acumen, Risk Management and Supplier & Partner Management Skills. You are strong in communicating and influencing others. Minimum requirements for this role:  requires BA/BS or equivalent experience plus 5+ years supply chain management experience. MBA is preferred.
