The Omni channel & In Club team is focused on delivering the best in club experience to members by creating a fun, fast and accurate shopping experience both in club and through Omni channel offerings. The Product Management MBA intern will support the team on various projects while also leading their own, with the goal of allowing the intern to understand the teams objectives broadly while also going deep on a specific topic.

The main individual project of the intern will be to evaluate the exit process within Sams club. This will include working with lots of different stakeholders including Operations, HR and Merchandising. The project will start as a research project understanding the current situation and doing competitive analysis and ending with a recommendation of what we should do weighing all sides and impacts. Hopefully, well be able to run some tests during this time period as well.City:BENTONVILLEState:ARPosition Description:The Omni channel Product Management MBA Intern project will involve the following:

Comprehensive analysis of current situation and understanding of problem and opportunity

Executing a competitor research and analysis on the Omni channel

Conducting cost-benefit analysis for Omni channel

Proposal and evangelizing ideas across teamsMinimum Qualifications:About You

Smart student who is out to change the world!

Quantitative and business analysis skills

Proficiency in using MS Excel and Power Point for analysis and presentations

Customer-focus and even obsession. The member comes first at Sams Club, always

Grit to preserver through setbacks and difficulties and still deliver great solutions to the customer

MBA from a nationally recognized, top-tier program with a focus in general management, marketing, entrepreneurship, finance, or strategy

3-5 years of professional work experience in supply chain, retail, e-commerce, product, consulting, military or quantitative and strategic roles. That said, candidates with un-orthodox backgrounds are encouraged to apply so if you spent your pre-MBA career leading tours through the Himalayas, do apply

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deal with ambiguity

Strategic, critical thinking with strong problem-solving skills and common business acumen

Communication skills with emphasis on influencing senior leaders and leading multiple teams

Extreme attention to detail


Currently enrolled and pursuing an MBA at an accredited institution with a focus in general management, marketing, entrepreneurship, finance, or strategy

Awarded a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
