What You'll Do

Shape and define the future of Cisco’s cloud customer care offer. We are looking for an all-round Product Manager who defines the Agile product backlog for a part of the customer care offer, and motivates and collaborates with the engineering teams to implement new solution features. Direct interaction with customers, partners and Cisco field sales people to define and maintain a prioritized product backlog is a daily part of the job. Other critical aspects of the product management role:

- Stay up-to-date on and analyze market developments, changing customer needs, adjacent and competitive solutions.

- Generation of technical and business content for collateral, and working with marketing teams to deliver material to Cisco field and resale partners.

- Engage with Technology Partners and define joint Cisco/Partner solutions

- Coordinate with Go To Market teams on product pipeline, and proactive field insertion to help drive sales and revenue

- Provide technical and sales guidance for key accounts and field teams

This is an excellent opportunity to join Cisco's Collaboration Technology Group and work on customer collaboration products and technologies.  Our business is growing rapidly and we need a Product Manager to shape the future of Cisco customer care.  This individual will play a key role in defining Cisco’s cloud customer care products, as part of the customer care product management team, in which each member shares responsibility for the entire solution, and owns one or more components of the solution end-to-end.

Who You Are
  • You have 5+ years of product marketing, product management, or solutions engineering experience, ideally with a strong foundation in contact center and experience in cloud services.
  • Innovative & creative outside-of-the box thinker who can ensure our competitive differentiation and market position.
  • High-energy, creative problem solver with an extroverted, entrepreneurial attitude. 
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Enthusiastic personality, motivator, self-starter with a proven ability to multi-task and work under pressure without a lot of supervision.
  • Strong communicator: written, verbal (one-on-one, group, and large public presentations), able to to understand and create technical content that demonstrates business value for internal and external stakeholders.
  • BE/Btech or equivalent preferred.
