What You'll Do

As the Product Manager, Go-To-Market ASEAN Leader, your main role & responsibilities will be the following ones:
¥	Product Positioning for the region
¥	Portfolio Rationalization by Asean GEO Segment and Theater for  Enterprise Infrastructure and Solutions Group (EISG) products
¥	Market Strategy Asean management representative for local EN GEO.
¥	Theater strategic planning and execution, driving top BE priorities, and BE insights to local GEO market performance. 
¥	Readiness plan owners in partnership with cross-functional EN leadership + Sales, Partner enablement
¥	Market Assessment input 
¥	Identify EFT opportunities for Tier-1 Partner, Tier -2 Partners and Distributors
¥	Regular Partner visits accompanied by Channels, Account Team Members
¥	Value Chain Assessments of Partners, Competitors, Emerging Competitors
¥	Collaborate daily (if not hourly) with GPO for strategic alignment, ideation
¥	Offer/Promotion Creation
¥	Collaborate with sales on planning and execution of short-term and long-term strategic projects.

The Enterprise Products and Solutions Organization at Cisco is responsible for $34B in annual revenue and the strategy, solutions, and products that come along with the management and growth of that revenue. This team works across Cisco's product and technology development groups and partners to create solutions that ultimately hold supreme value for the customers. From their core business of routing, wireless and switching to their new technologies in Software Defined Networking (SDN), Connected Mobile Experience (CMX) and the Internet of Everything (IoE) - there is not an enterprise customer segment Cisco doesn't touch in some significant way. Cisco's range of customers is vast and wide…from global tech behemoths to worldwide manufacturers to local small businesses and everything in between.

Within the Enterprise Products and Solutions Organization, the Enterprise Market Strategy Group is responsible for developing GTM and driving strategy across Routing, Switching, Wireless, Optics, Security, DCN, IOT, Core Software and Solutions.  Our customer is EISG Product Management and Product Engineering.  Our stakeholders include Enterprise Networking and Data Center Sales & Architecture teams, as well as, WW Channels, Services, Systems Engineering, Marketing, Sales Enablement, Strategic Product Marketing, and Distribution Teams. 

Our accountabilities include:
 
¥	Drive interlocks with regions and Enterprise & Data Center architecture teams.
¥	Drive channel strategy by partnering with worldwide and regional partner orgs, worldwide and regional distribution orgs, and managed service provider org.
¥	Drive field and channel investment and pricing decisions for standard and non-standard programs.
¥	Develop and leverage Cisco global routes to market 
¥	Create new competitive product offers to drive growth.
¥	Create localized offers for country or segment specific initiatives.
¥	Drive competitive testing, enablement, and strategy to arm the sales, systems engineering, and partners with the right information at the right time to win.
¥	Provide feedback to platform product management groups on market trends and competitive threats.
¥	Drive QBR content from GTM perspective.
¥	Partner with Product and Solutions Marketing team to map GTM initiatives directly to marketing plan.
¥	Lead development of new business models that cut across multiple product groups.


Who You Are

¥	5+ years sales, business, channels, engineering
¥	Based in Asean, ideally Singapore
¥	Bilingual+ English Speaker, Preferred
¥	B. S.
¥	MBA or Masters, Preferred
