The Product Manager will support the customer service function and help reduce customer services costs while improving the member experience including, reverse logistics and help reduce returns related expenses. The ideal candidate would be passionate about developing a magical experience when a member calls Sam\u0027s Club customer support. The candidate would also be spending a good amount of effort making sure the members can get answers to their queries via self service through our various online channels - the website, social media , chat and email. Demonstrates up-to-date expertise in Product Management and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans Develops and champions a product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a specific product within a product area in support of corporate goals and objectives Drives the product discovery process Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions Supports product implementation and deployment #LI-TN1
