This role is a highly collaborative, you'll work closely with cross functional teams including other center of excellence across Cisco to integrate Diverse Representation Framework (DRF) Transformational Practices into system, policy and practice.

What You'll Do 
We're looking for a candidate with passion for building great solutions to support Cisco's Office of Inclusion and Collaboration. In this role you will own managing new solutions that fall within our DFR. You will help identify drivers of highly inclusive and collaborative organization and enable the creation of innovation solutions within our Diverse Representation Framework. You will gather product vision and requirements, define & design product features, create and maintain a dynamic roadmap, and work with a talented team to deliver our dream product.  Most importantly, this role will design powerful features to excite our users and accelerate adoption. 

Responsibilities
A product manager's chief contributions will be to the product roadmap and resulting deliverables.
*	Collect and synthesize input from customers, stakeholders (HR Partners, Inclusion & Collaboration Business Partners), support and engineering; Combine this input with your own vision and know-how to create and maintain a high-yield product roadmap 
*	Create Business Cases to describe opportunities and define value, benefits and measurable business outcomes
*	Deliver product requirement documents with prioritized features and corresponding justification
*	Be the subject matter expert with HR and Business Leaders to understand their businesses, define solutions that create unique value for customers and create actionable plans to deliver these solutions 
*	Work with internal cross-functional teams and external partners to take products from ideation all the way to enterprise launch 
*	Prioritize between long and short term challenges, problems and opportunities based on business outcomes to drive product priorities
*	Develop user stories and business requirements and carry through to development and definition of product specifications 
*	Drive integration of DRF into other Cisco systems, policies and practices
*	Manage the entire lifecycle of solutions from concept to launch and to sunset 
*	Partner across OIC to envision and execute the messaging of products/features, surfacing the value and capabilities of our offerings in the context of the customer's business need

Who You Are
You possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. You have good analytical and decision making skills.  You are comfortable taking the lead in discussion and guiding toward the optimal conclusion for the solution and our users.

Qualifications
*	BS in Software Engineering or Computer Science, or relevant experience 
*	Strong analytical skills with ability to understand and communicate the meaning of measures and metrics
*	Inclusion and Collaboration experience
*	Ability to apply an innovation lens to creating Inclusion and Collaboration products and solutions and integration with other Cisco solutions
*	Business Intelligence tool experience is a plus
*	Knowledge of HR systems, policies and practices
*	Advanced analytical, problem solving, and organization skills
*	Must demonstrate strategic thinking, thought leadership as well as ability to lead initiatives full cycle 
*	Polished communication skills including ability to articulate and defend complex, nuanced positions
*	Knowledge of HR and Inclusion and Collaboration
