<b>What You'll Do</b>
As a Product manager working with executive level sales leaders across the company on Software and Subscription sales, you will jointly:
• Propose new capabilities based on business value and ROI
• Conduct discovery and research interviews to gather requirement
• Develop persona definition and storyboard the user journeys
• Work with stakeholders and team to rapidly develop wireframes to translate the requirement into Epics and User Stories
• Drive user studies to validate the concept models and UX designs
• Prioritize the backlog and participate in sprint planning sessions
• Attend scrum calls to make sure the capability is developed per the design
• Run BAT/UAT and demo the finished product to stakeholder for sign off
• Assist the development of the FAQ & training collaterals
• Measure business impact in terms of productivity, efficiency and increased Sales

• Experienced in managing successful introduction of Software products and Subscription from concept to launch
• Experienced with the Agile development methodology as a Product Owner
• Advanced expertise with Cisco’s commerce systems and partner tools & metrics
• Excellent working relationship with peers, partners and upper management;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent project management skills.
• Flexibility in a fast paced, ever-changing, deadline-driven environment.
