What You'll Do

You will be a member of the endpoint security marketing team, a group of creative and dynamic product marketing rock stars.


You'll be responsible for crafting and building collateral to support GTM functions including product launch, sales enablement, and demand generation. You'll focus on understanding the complex technical functionality of endpoint security, as well as complimentary Cisco solutions and services, and translate those into business benefits and outcomes.


You'll develop marketing activities spanning messaging, positioning, collateral, sales tools, training development and delivery, and provide subject matter expertise for marketing and thought leadership programs.

We work closely with the Advanced Threat Solutions product managers, engineering, technical marketing, sales, and sales engineering teams focused on Cisco's endpoint security solutions.


Who You Are

You love to develop compelling and differentiated messaging and positioning. You enjoy turning that messaging into creative collateral that drives market awareness including delivering high-impact sales tools such as videos, white papers, presentations, executive briefs, etc. 


You are comfortable being a subject matter expert and spokesperson, communicating with both internal and external audiences


You work cross-functionally to develop GTM programs and integrated marketing campaigns for solutions/services (including email and digital marketing, webinars, events, speaking opportunities and PR initiatives).


You develop and deliver key sales and channel training materials covering industry trends, value proposition, and competitive positioning.


You can partner with Product Management and Technical Marketing on incorporating new functionality and integrations into product messaging based on business value.


You work collaboratively with sales, sales engineering, and other product marketing teams to develop a joint strategy and go to market plans for joint messaging and sales tools with other product lines.


The minimum requirements for this position are:

  • You have at least 3 years of marketing experience with growing responsibilities, ideally in cybersecurity.
  • You have a deep understanding of endpoint security, Software As A Service (SaaS), and/or Network security.
  • You possess stellar written & verbal communication skills. You are strong writer that enjoys storytelling.
  • You are able to travel up to 15%.
  • You have a strong technical acumen – the ability to translate technical features and functionality into business outcomes and value.
  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in a related field. A Master's degree in business/marketing is helpful.
