Primary Responsibilities:

  • Research, interpret and document current state business processes, work and data flows, identifying gaps / areas for improvement along with recommended solutions enhance the consumer experience
  • Works with business operations to solve for operational challenges brought on by new features and capabilities through the build out of effective business process flows. Ensures proper representation from all required business areas
  • Develops and supports strategies for a functional or operational area that span multiple businesses
  • Provides explanations and interpretations in a variety of formats (process flows, data flows, charts, graphs)
  • Effectively facilitates successful, time-efficient meetings, defining objective and agenda prior to the meeting, following with successful note taking & meeting recaps
  • Effectively leads the program change control process, ensuring timeliness of decisioning and approvals, providing status updates to management for internal and external consumption on a regular interval
  • Liaisons & coordinates with stakeholders, Project Managers and SMEs for codependent projects and workstreams, along with other cross functional groups
  • Establish / apply quality objectives, criteria, standards and levels using appropriate quality management methods, with stakeholder input (e.g. key performance indicators, scope definition)
  • Support business plan and cost-benefit analysis activities through research, data & workflow analysis
  • Consistent, clear and appropriate communication to various levels of business partners & leadership
  • Takes charge of ad-hoc projects as assigned
  • Work is self-directed and not prescribed
  • Identifies & resolves issues and roadblocks inhibiting completion of tasks
  • Works with less structured, more complex issues
  • Translates concepts into practice; including business and process flows
  • Assesses and interprets both consumer and business partner needs and requirements
  • Identifies solutions to non-standard requests and problems
  • Solves complex problems and / or conducts complex analyses
  • Provides explanations and information to others on difficult issues
  • Understands data, identifying trends or quality concerns in processes
  • Anticipates consumer needs and proactively develops solutions to meet them
  • Sought out as an expert, serves as a key resource on complex or critical issues
  • Maintains awareness of portfolio of projects within the broader Constituent Experience Management Team
  • Conduct and manage outcomes of various studies that include analyzing, reviewing, forecasting, trending, and presenting information for operational and business planning
  • Support short and long term operational / strategic business activities - by developing, enhancing and maintaining operational information and models
  • Develop and implement effective / strategic business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes
  • Manages and is accountable for professional employees and / or supervisors
  • Impact of work is most often at the local level
