What You'll Do
Position: Product Sales Specialist (Switching and Routing Lead)

The APJ Enterprise Networking (EN) Sales organization is looking for our next game changing team member in Korea. This individual will be part of a team that drives business development and impact on Cisco’s core business within Korea.

This individual will be responsible for driving Switching and Routing revenue, across Korea Customer GTM’s, Partners and Distributors. In order to achieve this, the team is looking for someone who has strong sales skills, a solid technical foundation, influence capabilities and can articulate Cisco’s value to a large or small audience and an appreciation of Volume and Value sale.

Role & Responsibilities
* Managing the core Switching and Routing business and its contribution to overall Sales in Korea. Identifying trends within the business and exploiting areas of strength for replication, and owning the get-well plans and strategy for weaker areas.
* Work across Korea Sales in Customer GTM’s, Partners and Distributors to co-define deliberate market campaigns / offers, install base modernization, execution plans, accountability and success measures. Leverage short term and long term levers across the segments to accelerate adoption / transitions in Product portfolio.
* Develop, maintain and influence the broader seller community to assist in sales of Switching and Routing technology. Specifically ability to guide and influence; System Engineers, Account Managers, Partner Account Managers, Territory Account Managers.
* Inter-locking with the BE, Marketing, Enablement, Services, and Korea GTM teams to provide field-based feedback on Sub-BE product family performance, and provide suggestions for accelerating growth and / or minimizing decline.
* Champion the competitive landscape for Switching and Routing within Korea and provide local field-based information with regards to pricing, positioning and sales strategies. Actively work in cross-theatre competitive teams to share knowledge and execute winning strategies.
* Drive strategic, GTM Switching and Routing campaigns that require creative and complex cross functional solutions.
* Provide inspiring presentations to large sales audiences at events such as Partner and Customer Roadshows, Cisco Live, etc.

The APJ EN Sales organization drives the revenue growth of Cisco’s core portfolio (Switching, Routing and Wireless) as it continues to evolve as a market leader, preserving top-line margins and creating offers and solutions with differentiated advantages over the competition.

The APJ EN Sales Team goal is to have deliberate impact on core revenue streams while enabling customers and partners to be successful. This team sits at the core of Cisco’s EN sales teams across the globe, working with EN contributors from the America’s, EMEAR, GSP & Greater China. Who You Are
Minimum Qualifications 
* 7-10 years Experience in markets where Cisco competes
* 5+ years Technical Sales consulting experience or related field experience with customer interaction
* Deep Business/Market knowledge relating to the prescribed portfolios
* Demonstrating ability to work cross-functionally with multiple organizations and Korea Field sales personnel
* Leadership experience strongly encouraged
