This position provides clinical product  day to day support for clinical programs.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work with assigned product manager(s) to manage the day to day operations and tactical execution of clinical program
  • Oversee timely and accurate program implementations for assigned program(s)
  • Work cross-functionally to execute process improvements and ensure accurate program documentation, such as P&L management, training materials, product plans, pricing and contracting, etc.
  • Maintain client trackers and program adoption to identify areas of market opportunity
  • Support the development of program outcomes and reporting
  • Support pricing models for assigned programs
  • Influence operational actions across teams to ensure alignment; cohesive progress across technology, product, and service operations
  • Navigate and influence multiple cross - functional teams in a complex, matrix work environment
  • Adapt departmental plans and priorities to address business and operational challenges
  • Oversee the timely and accurate program reporting, which may involve quality control and auditing
  • Project management oversight on multiple product portfolios
  • Contribute to product development efforts as assigned


Required Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of Project Management / Product Development experience
  • 2+ years health care experience
  • Strong skills presenting complex data and processes to stakeholder teams
  • Strong process improvement skills / experience
  • Ability to organize and thrive in a fast - paced environment and work with ambiguity
  • Strong interpersonal skills that enable relationship building
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to analyze and monitor results of outcome measures and assist in creating solutions
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervisory oversight
  • Experience with data analytic skills measuring process and outcome

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High attention to detail with ability to manage multiple competing priorities
  • Masters degree (any field)
  • PBM experience
