Job summary:
Under minimal supervision, the team lead is responsible for maintaining a constant flow of work in the Scan/Verify department ensuring all agents are utilized in the most efficient manner to meet or exceed service level agreements. He/She is responsible for ensuring batches are scanned and verified within the system and/or client priority.  He/She is responsible for providing training to new hires within the department.
Essential job functions:
  • Ensure batches are scanned and verified utilizing provided software.
  • Maintain workload balance between scanning and verifying to ensure client SLA’s are met.
  • Send daily priority list to external vendors.
  • Ensure equipment is maintained daily.
  • Provide backup support where needed most.
  • Evaluate and assign tasks throughout shift.
  • Monitor system queues.
  • Enter all errors into the error tracking log.
  • Provide training to new agents.
  • Escalate any system issues immediately to IT or Supervisor.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.


Minimum requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced production environment.
  • Able to type 40 wpm or higher with 99.6% accuracy.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Knowledge of state abbreviations.
  • Previous data entry experiences a plus.
  • Kofax experience a plus.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
Abilities required:
  • Ability to sit 80% of the work day.
  • Moderate noise level from scanners.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
