What You'll Do

You will be responsible for driving end to end product life cycle for Enterprise Engineering programs. You will be functioning in Cisco’s Enterprise Networking unit dealing with next generation ENG Switching, Routing, Wireless product lines.

 Who You'll Work With:

You will work with number of cross functional teams spread across geographies with multiple stakeholders including but not limited to engineering development mgrs., test mgrs., product marketing, documentation and other support functions. There will be a lot of inter and intra unit coordination required.

 Who You Are

You should have 6-8years of experience in networking domain and worked in a Product Development organsation. You should have the ability to run meetings and influence stakeholders without direct authority. Your recent 2 years experience should include exposure to program management role.

In addition, you should have: 

  • Bachelors in Engineering from reputed institute
  • Experience in Networking domain
  • Knowledge of tools for Defect tracking, collaboration, and rally knowledge would be an added advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive and self-driven approach
  • You should be able to adapt to a dynamic working environment
