             You will understand the needs of the various groups within CPS to run and improve our operations. You will work with the business to understand insights and deep dive into the data.

             You will provide key deliverables such as the Balanced Scorecard which is used by our Senior Leadership to lead the operations as well provide the Analytics and Metrics for all the operational groups within CPS.

             You will be involved with rapid prototyping to develop solutions which involve real passion for implementing solutions with new technologies/platforms.

Who You Work With

You are responsible for the stakeholder management both within the organization as well as with organizations such as Supply Chain and IT. You will present metrics to the Executive Level Leadership team on a monthly and quarterly basis.

             You have a very strong background in Business Intelligence landscape with experience in Balanced Scorecards, KPIs and Reporting. You function well working with an ambiguous and dynamically changing Metrics and Reporting climate

             You have the ability to deliver Executive Reporting, Communication, and Presentation on a tight deadline. And are able to navigate and communicate at ease between breadth and depth of an area/process/metrics/challenge

             You have strong Domain knowledge in (preferably Cisco) Sales Order and Case Management. Broader subject knowledge in various areas of an Enterprise is preferred. Quick learner of the new areas of exposure.

             Collaboration, engagement and expectation management skills

             You are also a high energy, highly motivated, and a self-starter person. You possess an ability to work with multiple leadership styles, and be effective in ambiguous and unstructured situations while also working independently and be a quick learner, able to move fast and adapt to changing pace.

             Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Information Sciences and minimum of five years of experience in business intelligence reporting

             10 plus years of overall experience

             Experience with at least one of the commonly used reporting/software development tools such as Business Objects, Tableau

             Hands on working experience with database platforms such as SQL Server, Teradata, Hadoop

             Strong proficiency in SQL
