What You'll Do
You'll play a critical role in managing the rollout of an enterprise wide ecosystem which enables employees to navigate their careers and to define their development; a platform that places information into the hands of our managers and leaders to help them make critical decisions to enable the success of their teams.  You'll play an active role in planning, preparing and launching multiple releases of this technology to Cisco. You will be responsible for managing relationships with IT, HR Ops and external vendors as well as managing the overall roadmap for the program.

Who You Are
You've got extensive experience in program, product and release management.  You are skilled in your ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control IT projects, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources, to achieve program success. You establish and build healthy working relationships and partnerships with stakeholders, clients, vendors, and peers.  You have a proven track record for generating results that impact the business and exceed expectations.

Minimum Qualifications
*  5-10 years of previous related experience 
*  Bachelor's Degree 
*  5+ years of program and project management experience with increasing responsibilities

*  Strong knowledge of IT solutions and release/program management
*  Passion for innovation and driving disruptive change
*  Ability to work across global teams and collaborate virtually
*  Critical thinking, judgment, coaching and influencing skills that converge to create executive presence

*  Business process analysis and design

*  Solid business acumen and financial management skills
