What You Will Do

Cisco’s Operation Architecture (OA) Accelerate Digital Transformation (ADT) team is seeking a highly motivated Project Analyst to support the Customer Success Program. We enable the recurring revenue vision of Cisco by enabling telemetry in order to drive, adopt, and expand motions and a positive experience for customers.

We are a key member of this groundbreaking journey for Operations. The project analyst will support the ADT team by assessing telemetry capabilities and supporting project management.

In this role:

  • You will understand the overall objectives and act as a project analyst to drive realization of outcomes for specific tracks.
  • You will engage stakeholders to further elaborate business requirements and how to better serve them.
  • You will work across IT and business organizations to understand data flow, dependencies, and reporting.
  • You will formulate, organize and monitor track progress.
  • You will oversee and track cross-project activities.
  • You will develop and control deadlines, dependencies, and other activities.
  • You will assist change management impact assessments and training.
  • You will prepare reports for the project leads and the program director.
  • You will define and measure success metrics and monitor progress.

Who You'll Work With

You will support the main Program Manager and collaborate with a cross-functional, virtual team. You will build relationships with key theatre and cross-functional (Services, Channels, Sales, CPE, Marketing, IT, etc.) leaders to drive collaborative solutions that improve assimilation of ADT assets. You will engage with the ADT governance structure, CCE delivery teams and other BU leads.

Core Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent working experience
  • 2+ years of related project oriented experience
  • Understanding and experience of project analyst techniques and methods
  • Additional reporting software a plus; Tableau, Domo, Siebel, etc
  • Outstanding organizational skills, task execution, and time management skills
  • Process and functional aptitude to quickly learn and assimilate to new information
  • Benefits and outcome focused
  • Ability to deliver in a highly dynamic and fast paced environment with limited oversight
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office; Deep understanding of program/project management software (Basecamp, MS Project etc.) is a strong advantage
