**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**







+ Organize and schedule marketing meetings, including contacting participants, booking rooms.



+ Attend and prepares marketing meetings, including recording and distributing minutes, agendas and other relevant information to marketing members



+ Responds to inquires via email, phone and mail including responding on behalf of Marketing staffs at their request or in their absence



+ Managing all marketing relevant administrative job(i.e. Internal process, cross function communication)







General Documentation Vendor management Payment process management Internal system management (i.e. Ariba, GCMA, CEP, CCMS, Decideware etc.)







+ Assists with annual budget tracking on a monthly basis



+ Complete special projects and other duties as required



+ Maintains a comprehensive filing system including archival and storage inventories for the marketing team



+ Maintains an inventory of office supplies







**SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**







+ Require at least 2 years of experience in marketing(preferred) / office administration within a renowned multinational company







Education







+ University degree or above



+ Competency/Personality



+ Able to work with Brand manager's supervision



+ Well-balanced team-player



+ High drive for result and action-oriented



+ Strong passion to learn marketing and business



+ Able to work under pressure







Skills







+ Excellent verbal & written communication skill in Korean, English(Preferred)







+ Mid to High level of MS Office skills (Excel, Work, PowerPoint)



+ Strong communication skills



+ Excellent interpersonal skills



+ Flexibility; ability to multi-task, adapt to changing priorities and prioritize projects
