Position Description:
POSITION PURPOSE
This position will be responsible for providing team support for critical daily/monthly/quarterly deliverables and CCTT (Corporate Controller and Tax Team) projects and initiatives with a focus on continuous process improvement. The position includes supporting the CCTT initiatives around automation, analytics and insights with a movement towards a paperless environment. The associate will interact with all levels of the organization and will regularly use different tools and technology like Excel, Powerpoint, Sharepoint, Box, BlackLine, Workiva, etc.

MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Plan, develop and organize executive presentations
  • Creates and prepares presentations for a variety of different audiences
  • Creates communications and training materials in support of projects and initiatives
  • SSC Workload Management administration
  • Special projects
  • Some general administrative duties

NATURE AND SCOPE

  • Typically reports to Vice President or department head
  • No direct responsibility for supervising others.

ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
  • Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.


ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be eighteen years of age or older.
  • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

Minimal or no educational requirement for this job.

1 years

Physical Requirements:

Most of the time is spent sitting or standing in the same location or there may be a need to stoop regularly or move/lift light material or equipment (typically less than 8 pounds).
