We are looking for skilled Project Implementation Manager to join our Centralized Voice Engineering team. This team deploys and manages Cisco and Avaya IP Telephony systems for large, multinational customers. The responsibility of the CVE PIM is coordinating the activities of multiple resources, including the customer, AT&T teams and vendors in delivering world class solutions.

**Roles and Responsibilities:**

• Interface with customer and the following AT&T teams to insure seamless deployment

• LCM or Sales team

• WAN/LAN teams

• Field Services

• Vendors

• Develop and track activities in the IPT Project Plan

• Communicate with customers to gather and document site and end user requirements

• Confirm enablement of AT&T tools, which may include GPS, Prognosis, Cisco Operations Manager

• Responsible for equipment provisioning

• Responsible for scheduling and coordinating on-going change control and maintenance activities

• Schedule all site activities, including

o Site Surveys

o Vendor installations

o Engineering

o Test and Turn up of IPT services

o Migration into AT&T Service Delivery and Assurance teams

**Key Competencies and Skills:**

• 2-4 years experience in voice telecommunications

• IPT and TDM voice terminology

• Project Management certifications is an advantage

• Intermediate level of spoken and written English

• Strong customer communications and listening skills

• Strong organizational and process skills

• Ability to work nights and weekends

• Self motivated with ability to work with minimal supervision

• Goal oriented to meet demanding customer expectations

• Ability to coordinate service delivery between multiple vendors and internal organizations

• Intermediate knowledge of GPS, AOTS CM

• PC skills; Office, Visio, MS Project

• Ability to work in multicultural environment

**Education and Qualifications:**

• Project Management certifications is an advantage
