Description:
The Prudential Group Insurance Services Organization supports Group Insurance employers and members with the management of their Group Life and Disability benefits.  The Service Organization is looking for a Project Management Associate to support key initiatives which include projects focused on enhancing the service model and underlying administrative practices. 
 
In this role, you will be responsible to manage overall project deliverables ensuring deadline and project expectations are met.  In this role you will:
  • Co-ordinate the work with the business lead to set objectives in line with the project needs, which may include scope, content, and deadlines.
  • Define, develop and provide information and analysis to drive the decision-making process and support business operations. 
  • Conduct research and analysis to quantify business opportunities and issues and develop formal recommendations for presentation to management.
  • Work with business leaders to generate solutions to business issues and then planning/ implementing those solutions.
  • Manage efforts to develop new or revised processes/procedures for the assigned business areas.
  • Identify and manage risks to ensure delivery is on time.
  • Report regularly to management project status and results.
  • Partner across multiple Prudential business units
 
 

 
  • Three years of Project Management experience, PMP certification a plus
  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent level of business experience
  • Strong organization and time management skills with the ability to continuously juggle priorities.
  • Strong analytical, decision making, written and oral communication skills are essential.
  • Business Acumen and Problem Solving Skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (EXCEL, WORD, Visio)
  • Limited travel may be necessary.
