You will be responsible for building process controls, identifying compliance touch points, confirming compliance or identifying gaps and then leading project work groups to remediate any gaps within our care management service offerings. This person will also provide ongoing compliance and quality auditing and reporting.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Uses pertinent data and facts to identify and solve a range of problems within area of expertise:
                - Investigates non-standard requests and problems, with some assistance from others.
                - Prioritizes and organizes own work to meet deadlines.
                - Provides explanations and information to others on topics within area of expertise.
  • Identifies root causes of substandard project outcomes and recommends appropriate resolutions
  • Defines / implements appropriate actions to drive process improvement going forward
  • Develops, demonstrates, and continuously improves understanding of upstream and downstream impacts to partners of business process operations and solutions
  • Analyzes business process information to identify key issues, trends, and potential root causes that point to improvement opportunities
  • Identifies risks and opportunities associated with current processes
  • Monitors and reports progress throughout the project life cycle, using appropriate project planning and scheduling tools
  • Establishes / applies quality objectives, criteria, standards and levels using appropriate quality management methods, with input from applicable stakeholders
  • Analyzes project outcomes and makes appropriate recommendations to improve project outcomes / processes going forward
  • Provides input into and/or develops relevant policies, procedures, and/or work tools to support new or updated business processes
  • Monitors on-going progress of business to identify potential challenges, risks, and/or defects
  • Leads or contributes to the development of program or project scope statements, in consultation with applicable stakeholders
  • Develops and maintains detailed project plans (including resource assignments, schedules, dependencies, etc.)
  • Ensures that all project deliverables are in compliance with applicable standards and regulations
  • Ensures that new/revised business processes / procedures are documented / updated / approved, as needed  and meet quality / repository standards
  • Develops / generates/distributes project reports / documentation to applicable stakeholders
  • Gathers and / or documents information on stakeholders' business requirements, specifications, and / or needs
