Who You’ll Work With
We work across Cisco's product and technology development groups and with partners to create solutions that ultimately hold supreme value for our customers. In particular, this team executes a set of activities such as workplace experience, design thinking transformation, job rotation programs, intern and MBA recruiting, and our Vibe program. We are in the business of making the impossible, possible.

What You'll Do
Event planning
•Designing fun, unique and impactful events for various internal groups
•Event budget management
•Vendor contract and payment processing
•Logistics coordination including booking rooms, arranging food and drink, AV set-up and remote location events
•Manage attendance lists
•Social media promotion and campaign coordination
•Solicit employee sentiment and active management of feedback and suggestions

Website maintenance and content management
•Manage various web and content sites, incubate and deliver new ideas for intended audiences
•Regularly pull database lists to update ensure up-to-date information
•Communicate on behalf of admin, managers and vendors

Design center ownership
•Evolve, maintain and own the design center as a showcase, classroom and functional product design lab
•Manage relationships with current tenants
•Ensure center is well-stocked and well-branded
•Manage various reservations and usage outside the day-to-day
•Give tours as requested
•Manage all design center technology

University hiring
•Help coordinate full-time and intern hiring
•Handle travel logistics for university candidates
•Order giveaways, organize offsite dinners and events

Who You Are
You enjoy solving problems and managing multiple projects. If you don’t know the answer, you will dig until you find it. You like helping people and are looking to build relationships while learning about the various functions and roles within our team. Repetition doesn’t bother you, but you can handle frequent, unfamiliar tasks as well.  Websites, social media and the people who use them are interesting to you and you like being the “go-to” person for issues and assistance. You love to plan and document everything. Being organized is how you roll. You appreciate being part of a team, but can also accomplish projects independently. Fun is in your DNA, but you work well on tight deadlines and don’t let things get to you easily. 

-Bachelors Degree (MBA Preferred).
-Minimum 3+ years of experience.
-Experience in Business Operations and/or Change Management in a corporate setting.
-Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools.
-Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.
-Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project life-cycle.
-Strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
