Description The Rapid Recovery Program Manager (PM) is a customer facing position, with competencies in Sales Operation Management, Project Management, Customer Service Relations and Disaster Response. The PM must be able to work with the multiple cross-functional departments within AT&T, candidate must be able to promptly respond to urgent or disaster related request. In addition, the PM must be organized, detail oriented, with the ability to work independently in support of the agency’s mission. The PM will need to become well versed in the AT&T systems, mobility network and architecture to enable them to provide prompt response to customer’s inquires. Extensive project/program management, contingency support, customer service and AT&T systems and network knowledge will be considered as an advantage; the ability to work under pressure with demanding times lines will be required be successful in supporting the customer.



Required Duties:



+ Participate on weekly pre-deployment conference calls, obtain point of contact (POC) for disaster locations

+ Conduct coverage analysis using provided tools for outdoor coverage baseline

+ Engage as needed with POC at disaster locations to determine any needs of coverage enhancements for in-building

+ Maintain log for assets under the Rapid Recovery Program

+ Conduct site-walks to determine if coverage enhancements are needed

+ Work with vendor(s) to schedule installation of Rapid Recovery/in-building solutions

+ Serve as an escort for vendor(s) or other personnel as needed

+ Remove Rapid Recovery network enhancement hardware once requirements are met

+ Provide status of current projects or coverage as needed. Increased frequency during disaster response or surge to daily multiple times a day as needed

+ Installation of “self-install” in-building equipment using provided instructions.

+ Maintain knowledge of solutions for rapid recovery and in-building equipment

+ Work on customer’s site, travel as required to customer site locations

+ Provide management and oversite to other projects to support the customer’s mission

+ Participate the Business Continuity Planning and execute during emergencies

+ Coordination with Disaster Recovery Efforts (FN/NDR) to develop status reporting

+ Technical Support

+ engage proper AT&T channel for support and inform customer proper support channel



Must be able to obtain FEMA Public Trust clearance and FEMA badge
