ADP is hiring a Senior Project Manager. In this position, you'll lead teams responsible for the successful planning, coordination, and implementation of IT risk and control projects within the Retirement Services Broker Dealer / 401K Risk Organization to ensure business goals and objectives are accomplished within designated timeframes and budgets.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Lead all IT, cybersecurity, fraud, and operational risk and control project phases, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure
  • Direct day-to-day activities of projects and staff in matrixed organization
  • Interface and influence Retirement Services business leadership
  • Work collaboratively with other departments impacting project.
  • Manage the development of the Division-wide Business Resiliency plan
  • Analyze complex datasets and report to senior leadership on risk and mitigation trending
  • Assess, manage, resolve and escalate (if necessary) risks and issues
  • Employs highly developed consultative skills




QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
  • At least five years of IT, IT Audit, or related project management experience
  • Experience managing medium to large cross-functional and/or multi-year projects
  • Experience with project management tools and structured methodologies (MS Project, Visio)
  • Experience with application controls and IT general controls
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and other data tools (Tableau or similar) with the ability to analyze and visualize complex data sets

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:

  • PMP, CISA, CISSP, CBCP or equivalent professional IT or project management certification
  • Knowledge of financial services and/or 401K products
  • Ability to effectively communicate with multiple functions/organizations to identify and negotiate required resources
  • Ability to manage across formal organizational lines
  • Strong team leadership and ability to delegate responsibility to all levels of the project team and hold team accountable for deliverables
  • Commitment to being accountable for results
  • Strong focus on client service
  • Ability to think independently and make decisions
