Prudential Financial is seeking a Project Manager, Process Management to join the Customer Experience team in the Group Insurance business. The Manager is primarily responsible for managing day to day relationships with 3rd Party Enrollment Platforms, optimizing existing relationships and supporting the development of new relationships. Responsibilities include ensuring Prudential’s products are appropriately positioned and branded and critical tools, such as Needs Estimators and Evidence of Insurability (EOI), are effectively integrated, implemented and adopted. All efforts must be measurable, scalable and leverage industry best practices.
Third- Party Enrollment Platforms, home office, operations and field staff. The Manager, Enrollment Technology will report directly to the VP, Enrollment Strategy and will be based in Roseland, NJ or Dresher, PA. He/she will serve as the primary contact for a matrix of partner resources from Distribution, Operations, IT, Product, etc...
- Project management - Lead and act as SME on 3rd Party Enrollment platform enablements and capability adds
- Internal SME - Distribution contact for questions and inquiries such as integration capabilities and selling points on how we work with 3rd Party Platforms, etc.
- Relationship Management – act as day to day contact for 3rd Party Enrollment platforms, assisting with questions, troubleshooting and escalated issues
- Reporting - Create, maintain and enhance reporting capabilities for 3rd Party Enrollment Platforms – overall performance and specific capabilities
- Customer Facing - Present 3rd Party Enrollment Platform integration capabilities to existing and prospective customers
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, a related field or equivalent work experience
•Candidate should preferably have 3 years of Group Insurance experience
•Solid understanding of Group Insurance products and services and how they are sold
•Experience with Third-Party Enrollment Platforms like TPAs or PEX a significant plus
•Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, partnership and presentation skills
•Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills with the ability to work across functional teams and with all levels of the organization
•Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities
•Comfort level with Digital technology and tools
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
•Occasional travel may be required
