What You'll Do

Global Tactical Systems and Tools (GTST) needs a Project Manager who can blend Business and Technical perspectives to provide Business Front Line Support for the User Communities within Global Service Logistics Organization (GSLO) and Theater Teams. You will have opportunities to interact with Business Functional Groups and IT Teams located in different Theaters. In this role, you will propose, design, code, implement, and lead Analytic Tools to help drive continuous improvements. Through the Analytic Tools, you will have the chance to identify strategic directions the overall organization can pursue to increase operational effectiveness.

You will represent our team in overall organizational initiatives to ensure deliverables include ease of supportability. Your early involvement in organization initiatives is required through post-implementation which offer you a holistic view. The holistic view is essential in achieving the Subject Matter Expert (SME) status.

GTST provides 24 X 7 Duty Manager Support to ensure global business continuity. This position provides the Duty Manager Support on a rotational basis.

Who You Are

Your good communication skills are a key success factor in sharing and influencing business partners with your proposals. These partners will rely on you to provide mentorship for solutions in innovative ways.

The following are our minimum requirements:

  • Do you have 5 years’ experience working in Business Operations or/and IT?
  • Have you been working in a Project or/and Program Management role for at least 5 years?
  • 3 years’ experience in performing Analytics using Data Science methodologies
  • 3 years of Front-Line Support handling problem tickets or equivalent function
  • Strong working knowledge of Agile/Scrum Methodology
  • You have experience in Oracle, Tableau, PL/SQL, Java/J2EE, Pega, Mulesoft
  • Strong knowledge of Pega Systems
  • BS/BA in Business, Management Information Systems, or Computer Science
