What You'll Do

We're looking for an amazing project manager to help our $12B Services business grow. This is a two-part role that will give you the opportunity to contribute to and influence two parts of the Services strategy team.

First, you'll work with our Emerging Technology team to help them run their major initiatives. You'll manage project calendars, plan meetings and provide overall support for their complex, global projects that enable revenue growth for Services and help Cisco transition to new business models. As you grow in this role, you'll have the opportunity to expand your responsibilities to include running projects independently.

In parallel with supporting the Emerging Technology team, you'll also help us manage the day-to-day operations of this small and dynamic team. In partnership with the Services Strategy team Chief of Staff, your work will include organizing our monthly team meetings, supporting the execution of our monthly 14x21 video series, supporting executive communications, representing Services Strategy in Services-wide operational initiatives and helping assist with special projects.

You’ll learn a lot, be involved in leading edge technology and gain a lot of exposure in this challenging role and, if successful, you’ll have opportunities to advance within the strategy organization or bring your newly developed skills to other parts of Cisco.

Who You'll Work With:
You'll be a key member on a high-performing, well-respected team that exists to help Cisco Services grow profitably. We work hard and have a lot of fun together. We share strong values: Learning, Integrity, Creativity and Courage. We think deeply and speak simply. We develop strong relationships across the business and we get things done!

Who You Are
You have proven skills in project management, business analysis and operations through strong summer internships and 1-2 years of corporate experience. You are highly organized and you're a self starter. You're eager to learn and eager to dig in to help wherever you can. You’re able to manage multiple priorities across complex projects. You can convey complex concepts in the simplest of terms. You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic and multi-cultural business environment and you can work with a range of sensitive and confidential issues.
At minimum, we require:
• 1-2 or more years of related business experience in a project management or business analyst capacity
• Summer internship experience
• An undergraduate degree in business, economics, engineering, math, finance or marketing
