The Project Manager will provide oversight to various strategic and tactical PC One projects, new product introductions, process improvements, etc. This project manager drives delivery of successful projects in terms of scope, schedule and budget. The project manager will support Pfizer CentreOne teams assisting with meeting development and coordination. Program timelines, regular communications and follow up with team members on project activities needed to support the on-going business. The project management function will be responsible for defining the on-going PMO support activities, utilizing existing tools and developing new tools when needed. Responsible for aligning and developing continuous improvement opportunities working with other sites in the network .


+ Develop project plans to implement key initiatives

+ Utilizes project management experience to ensure successful implementation against the established plan

+ Support multiple customer engagement leads in customer interactions and meetings

+ Develop and lead cross-functional teams to deliver project goals through clear roles, responsibilities and escalation paths

+ Evaluate business case opportunities to reduce costs, improve quality, improve supply continuity through due diligence evaluations (assess costs, regulatory impact, return on investment); make proposals to senior leaders on recommendations

+ Coordinate site project management governance and performance monitoring processes including Project Review Board, Hoshin review, Balanced Scorecard, etc.


+ Bachelor degree required

+ 3-5 years project management experience in pharmaceutical or similar regulated industry required;

+ 1-3 years Prior Development, Engineering, Operations, or Quality assignments or leadership of multi-faceted projects preferred.

+ Ability to utilize MS Office Suite, including MS Project or equivalent, to track and report project progress a must

+ PMP or completed project management course work is a positive
