What you'll do at

Position: Project Specialist I

Job Location: Bentonville, AR

Duties: Develops and executes plans for assigned area by evaluating current systems and business processes; collaborating with corporate, business, and technology partners to ensure cross-functional integration; and assessing and communicating changes to project needs and priorities. Assists in the management of multiple streams within concurrent projects and functional support activities globally by collaborating with associates and consultants to efficiently develop and deliver recommended solutions; managing project scope and timeline; aligning multiple requirements; researching, developing, and delivering solutions to issues; identifying and communicating status and adjustments to project milestones and transitions between project phases; identifying changes and escalating them to supervisors; and executing system changes. Assists customers in preparing business process analysis and documentation by gathering data elements and business requirements; identifying and recommending business process designs; providing design validation documentation support; and facilitating training on system and process procedures. Educates and guides customers through project methodology processes by assisting customers in completing paperwork (for example, business requirements document, business process mapping-defining current and potential gap analysis, cases for business test plans); and notifying Security, Compliance, and Legal teams of new projects.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration or related field. In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, the employer will accept 2 years experience in a human resources, information systems or related role.

Skills required: Must have experience with: SAP; HP Application Lifecycle Management to run test suites and document results; Leankit; Remedy; requirements gathering and documentation using Solution Manager; business process analysis and documentation; training on technical systems; business process mapping; and gap analysis. Employer will accept any amount of professional experience with the required skills.
