Provider Relations Specialist - Mass Transit & Community Partnerships - Sandy, UT (749565)

Position Description

The Provider Relations Specialist - Mass Transit and Community Partnerships is a dynamic position encompassing new business development (some inside/outside sales), market research (business strategy), client implementations, and dispatch operations related to our quickly growing national network of NEMT providers with the focus of building and executing mass transit / community partnership programs.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Outbound contracting campaigns
  • Outbound provider relations campaigns
  • Outbound payer campaigns specifically geared towards mass transit and community partnership programs
  • Inbound provider relations support
  • Strong focus on CRM management and reporting

You will be expected to meet monthly performance metrics tied to each of the above mentioned responsibilities, work hand in hand with our current NMN Staff, Network Development, Provider Relations and Credentialing Teams while owning everything related to mass transit / community partnership programs.

Required Qualifications:

  •  High school diploma or equivalent work experience
  • Strong ability to work independently and manage day to day activities required to meet objectives.
  • Ability to contribute to procedures currently in place and to work closely with other team members within the provider relations department.
  • Knowledge of google apps and Microsoft office applications (MS Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel).
  • Ability to learn proprietary internal software applications and quickly become proficient.
  • Strong long distance communication skills necessary for both internal and external communications.
  • Ability and desire to research and learn the regulatory and compliance requirements overseeing benefit management businesses in the Medicaid & Medicare space as well as those regulatory and compliance requirements to operate in the NEMT space

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Previous sales experience
  • Previous Client Relations Management experience
