Provider Relations Specialist is a dynamic position encompassing new business development, new market research, client implementations, relationship management with existing providers, credentialing and dispatch operations related to our quickly growing national network of providers. This will include, but not limited to, outbound provider contracting campaigns, outbound provider relations campaigns, inbound provider relations support, and outbound payer campaigns. You will be expected to meet quarterly performance metrics tied to each of the above mentioned responsibilities. The Provider Relations Specialist will work hand in hand with our current Provider Relations Team, Credentialing Team, and NMN Staff.


  • High school education / GED or higher

  • 1+ years of inside sales experience

  • Knowledge of google apps (ex: Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Google Hangouts)

  • Experience with MS Excel - editing and creating spreadsheets, formulas, sorting

  • Experience with MS Word - editing and creating docs

  • Experience with MS PowerPoint - can create presentation for reporting purposes

  • Ability and desire to research and learn the regulatory and compliance requirements overseeing benefit management businesses in the Medicare & Medicaid space as well as those regulatory and compliance requirements to operate in the NEMT space.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to learn proprietary internal software applications and quickly become proficient.

  • Previous healthcare experience

Soft Skills:

  • Strong ability to work independently & manage day to day activities required to meet objectives.
  • Strong long distance communication skills necessary for both internal and external communications.
  • Ability to contribute to procedures currently in place and to work closely with other team members within the provider relations department.
