Job Details
To provide strategic and operational leadership to ensure the execution of all the public affairs plans, patient advocacy groups management and leading the communications strategies across the Adriatic region.
**Responsibilities**
Lead interactions with key Government bodies, key political stakeholders, American Chambers, Pharma/EFPIA local organizations, patient associations and other relevant stakeholders in the Health Care environment. Maintain an excellent level of understanding of the access of each key Pfizer assets and competitors' products besides the entire knowledge about payers' process and key decision makers' mechanisms, to ensure a robust access and a smoothly public affairs strategy execution.
Management and development of colleagues and patient advocacy groups.
**Qualifications**
Education
Bachelor Degree in Journalism, Economics, Science, Health Sciences or Commerce
8-10 years of experience in Public Affairs and Communications, at manager level or above in the pharmaceutical industry
Patient Advocacy experience, working with patient associations, project with patients groups and cross functional teams in this area
Fluent in Slovenian, Croatian, Serbian and English languages
