Sales Business Development Managers provide subject matter expertise in the digitization process.

As digitization is being embraced by companies, communities, cities, organizations large and small, it is critical to assess and address the challenges that exist.

In this role you will:


  • Drive our customers to embrace Challenges & Opportunities in the digital process.
  • Enable both our customers and Cisco sales teams to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Engage resources, directly and virtually, to deliver a holistic Cisco solution in support of a complex need.
  • Additionally, develop customer business cases and investment justifications, in order to strengthen the customer commitment and to support Cisco differentiation versus competitors.

Who You Are

  • 5-8 years of consultative sales experience in a dynamic technology player.
  • Successful sales experience to ideally include software, managed services or large complex technology solutions with recurring revenue streams.
  • Able to translate technical solutions into commercial benefits.
  • Minimum BA degree in a business discipline or equivalent.
  • Write and speak English and Portuguese fluently.
Desired Skills
  • Mastery in developing and cultivating trusted customer relationships up to C level.
  • Strategic thinking coupled with a strong commercial mindset.
  • Comfortable cooperating in a complex matrixed sales organization.
  • Able to engage appropriate cross-functional resources to ensure broad agreement on the sales strategy and on deal structure.
  • Confidence in leading large virtual teams in an inclusive manner.
