**ROLE SUMMARY**



Generation and issuance of plant documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Training Course Plans (TCPs), Test Methods and Test Standards (e.g. monographs), Specification Sheets, shipper label artwork and other GMP/Non-GMP documentation. Plant level distribution of corporate documents. Document structures are constructed to ensure all applicable documents are issued for specific revisions and/or versions. Information is input to ensure the correct information is inserted into documents prior to generation and issuance. The position reviews the generated documents for critical information prior to releasing them to functional areas for use.







**ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES**







+ Coordination and changes to the Quality tables



+ Issues and maintains various plant logbooks.



+ Maintains Documentation for batch record issuance.



+ Develop master artwork using label software.



+ Checkout, preparation, routing and releasing of SOPs, Monograph, and Spec sheets..



+ Enters and manipulates data in various software packages (i.e. Word, Access, SAP, PDOCS and other systems as applicable).



+ Work with Adobe to alter pdf documents.



+ Format and modify documents such as batch records.



+ Obtain and maintain qualification in SAP DMS as Coordinator.



+ Obtain and maintain qualification in PDOSC as quality approver.







**QUALIFICATIONS**







+ Requires ability to understand and carry out assigned duties effectively. Knowledge needed of specialized business processes such as elementary accounting procedures, operation of equipment such as bookkeeping and billing machines, basic computer operations and normal office procedures. (High school plus additional specialized courses or experience)



+ High school diploma or equivalent plus one year post high school education or two years related pharmaceutical experience. Requires PC experience. Knowledge Access and Word is preferred. Requires close attention to detail and the ability to check mathematical calculations. Requires good interpersonal and teamwork skills



+ Decisions require some judgment. Perform repetitive or routine duties working from detailed instructions and under standard procedures. Requires making minor decisions.



+ Most decisions made are "yes/no" based upon SOP instructions and/or oral instructions. Minimum supervision, as needed.



+ Dealing with conflicting priorities and interruptions based on the production schedule.



+ Ability to work on PC,



+ Work printer/scanner, Copy Machines



+ Work with Calculators







**PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS**







+ Considerable mental/visual concentration, coordinating manual dexterity with mental/visual attention.



+ Normal office environment



+ Subject to frequent interruptions of normal routine.
