Pfizer (Perth) Pty Ltd is a Pharmaceutical manufacturing facility located in Bentley, supplying products to over 80 countries. As part of our commitment to supplying quality medicines to our patients, we have an exciting opportunity for an energetic, result driven and enthusiastic self-starter to assist in Quality Control testing.







Reporting directly to the Site Quality Operations Leader, this position is responsible for:







+ Management and administration of the Chemistry Finished Product Team which is responsible for the testing of In-Process samples, Production Finished Product batches, Stability Finished Product batches and Development Trial batches and samples.



+ The Chemistry Finished Product Manager is required to perform all duties in an efficient, responsible and professional manner, cooperating and contributing to the overall objectives of the Company as determined by the strategic goals of the Company.



+ The position has the primary responsibilities as per the Australian Code of GMP for Medicinal Products and US Code of Federal Regulations.







Successful applicants must meet the following criteria:







+ Degree in Chemistry or appropriately related field.



+ Minimum 5 years experience in the Pharmaceutical or closely related industry.



+ Diligence in documentation of data and excellent attention to detail.



+ Strong communication, interpersonal and time management skills.



+ Demonstrated analytical and problem solving ability.



+ Demonstrated Managerial/Supervisory Experience.



+ Ability to work independently, within a team environment and across multiple departments.



+ Proven experience to build and manage cross functional teams and meet targets.
