Description The Quality Manager (QM) coordinates project-wide quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) following the policies and procedures established for the program by the Quality Control Plan (QCP) and align with Customer policies. The QM has the authority to evaluate program activities and recommend necessary changes to the PM to assure Client’s quality requirements are met. The QM reviews and audits logistics processes to improve efficiencies and accountability and is responsible for development metrics to measure performance and analyze for areas of improvement. The QM reports on the performance of quality aspects and on opportunities for improvement to senior management.



Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of seven (7) years of progressively more difficult analytical and/or technical experience.



Skills and experience requirements include but are not limited to the following:



+ Experience developing metrics, administering, operating, managing and maintain a Software and Hardware Quality Assurance system in development, test and operational environments for a large IT system,

+ Experience being able to identify and document discrepancies in software and hardware configurations,

+ Experience with software quality methods,

+ Experience with Agile Software Development Lifecycle,

+ Hands-on technical solutions knowledge and experience with large scale projects from both governmental as well as private sector perspectives



Required Clearance: U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain Public Trust Clearance



Desired: Lean/Six Sigma training; Familiarity with ISO standards; Familiarity with mobile devices, as well as working knowledge of common mobile device operating systems, and leading MDM and TEM practices and tools
