**Quality Operations Manager (m/f) in Vienna/Austria**







**This is what you can look forward to:**



The Quality Operations Manager actively promotes the Quality Operations agenda and provides adequate guidance and conditions to meet functional and business objectives in the Austria.







This function is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of appropriate quality systems at the Pfizer local office to achieve compliance with the company's policies/standards and national regulations in the area of GMP and GDP in support of the business operations.







This position reports to the Market Quality Operations Team Lead in Austria. The key stakeholders include the departments Regulatory Affairs, Medical Affairs, Supply Chain and Commercial Operations.







As Quality Operations Manager you will







+ Support and maintain the quality system and culture



+ Strive for continuous improvement



+ Lead the resolution of Product Quality Compliance Issues



+ Fulfill the notification requirements for quality defects to the national Board of Health



+ Contribute to and support the preparation and coordination of GMP/GDP inspections



+ Ensure quality oversight of service providers in the GDP/GMP area







**What you offer:**







+ University degree in Pharmacy or Life Science



+ Experience in the pharmaceutical industry and/or from a function related to Quality



+ Ability to build fruitful interpersonal relationships based on trust and empathy



+ Strong negotiations and effective communication skills



+ "Can do"-attitude with a passion for innovation



+ Able to lead and work effectively in cross-functional teams and to collaborate



+ Fluency (written and verbal) in English, additional language knowledge is an asset
