What You'll Do
In the Quality Test Network Engineer – Failure Analysis HW/SW, you'll help us drive Customer Excellence by using your networking, cloud and system level testing technical expertise to work with internal solution lab team and engineering teams to drive end to end customer solution testing and root cause strategy. Two main activities are hands on implementing Customer solution testing, on the other hand act as a failure analysis liaison between CM and engineering team. Root cause activities including: Customer use case analysis, test scenario set up, test case design and implementation. Failure analysis activities including following through the FA End-to-End process until case closure.  Providing data to Manufacturing and Engineering team for the prevention of recurring failures, also responsible to mentor the site FA engineers (internal and partner) through the process. 

• Be a major technical contributor to cloud based customer solution testing strategy, lab set up, case design and implementation. The cloud solution lab built on the latest Openstack technology with Cisco ACI data center infrastructure.
• Technical Point of Contact to stakeholders on failure analysis related issues for your products.
• Handle end-to-end issues relating to failure analysis technical findings, provide analysis on trends and recommendations.
• Articulate key technical issues to internal stakeholders, sense issues early, identify impact and partner to drive resolution.
• Provide guidance and technical training to internal and external engineers. Who You'll Work With

Who You Are
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science is required with 3+ years of related work experience.
• Hands on exposure to product Failure Analysis and Failure Analysis methodology and techniques is required.
• Strong skills Network system architecture.
• Proficient in using schematics, Oscilloscopes, and in debugging PCBAs and Mechanical Assemblies.
• Skilled in troubleshooting, in-depth understanding of high speed digital design, and electromagnetic field theory. 
• Solid networking engineer experience. CCNP above is preferred.
• Proficient with linux OS and command line tools.
• Architecture and hands on experience in secured data center design and infrastructure set up.
• Working experience with one or more cloud virtualization technology such as: Openstack, Microsoft Azure, AWS etc. and in terms of deployment, operating cloud infrastructure etc.
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware and KVM.
