Job Description


Will provide system administration, technical application support, and business process support to Product Development teams and their Functional partners in support of the creation, documentation and approvals for Ingredient, Supplier, Formulation and Process Specifications.

Job Accountabilities:
  • Provide system maintenance for assigned R&D systems including data cleanup and maintenance of reference information (validated lists, properties, etc.)
  • Perform system testing for new software releases for upgrades and enhancements
  • Provide customer support for end users of assigned R&D formula application systems/documentation applications (e.g., Product Vision, Document Management, electronic raw material dossier) including trouble-shooting, resolving documentation issues, ensuring document consistency, and provide 1x1 coaching as needed
  • Provide Product Development brand/project support for assigned category (e.g., Beverages, Nutrition, Snacks)
  • Support Data & Systems Administration (DSA) team members in monitoring system metrics based on date ranges and time periods. Collect data to show effective use of systems.
The Global R&D team is seeking a part-time intern who is available to work 20-25 hours per week during the school year . Work hours could be increased during the Summer, but this is not exclusively a summer internship.


Educational Experience:

  • Junior or Senior college student working toward a Bachelors degree (Scientific or technical systems discipline preferred)
  • Open to non-scientific majors who are process oriented and analytical thinkers

Critical Competencies:
  • Ability to analyze problems and develop solutions
  • Good time management and organization skills
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Ability to work comfortably both independently and in a team environment
  • Exhibit business maturity in handling confidential information
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Food or beverage industry experience
  • System administration/database management experience (i.e., Documentum, Product Vision)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Excel, PowerPoint, Word
