Primary Responsibilities:
  • Liaison to address, respond and resolve issues with internal customers
  • Support excellence in service delivery
  • Develop ability to anticipate the needs of the requester
  • Meet commitments
  • Able to respond to inquiries in a clear and concise manner being sure to answer all questions in detail
  • Will handle multiple tasks with changing priorities
  • Build productive relationships with customers both internal/ external
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
  • 1+ years of healthcare experience
  • 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel (filtering and sorting reports)
  • 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Word (creating documents, using grammar and spellcheck)
  • 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Outlook (managing email)
  • 1+ years of customer service experience in a medical or insurance setting
  • Ability to work an 8-hour shift between 7:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday through Friday

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with process improvement
