Position Summary:

Coral Shores Behavioral Health is an 80 bed state of the art behavioral health facility located in Stuart, Florida. The facility is an all adult, baker act receiving facility. This is a new facility and is currently being constructed. Coral Shores Behavioral Health is a subsidiary of Universal Health Services. UHS is one of the nation’s largest and most respected healthcare management companies. We are pleased to announce the following position in which we are recruiting:


Key responsibilities include:

The Receptionist is responsible for greeting and assisting visitors, patients, answering the switchboard, managing mail, documenting incoming deliveries, and providing clerical support as assigned.  Assists in the facilitation of safety and security initiatives including announcing codes, assuring visitor sign-in/out, reviewing and documenting patient belongings, and identifying escalation issues in the reception area.

High school diploma or GED

Prior customer service or clerical experience preferred
