**Role Description**

The Recruiting Coordinator (RC) will work closely with a team of recruiters in a fast-paced organization. The RC is an integral partner in managing recruiting activities and candidate relationships. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational capabilities, have great communication skills, have the ability to quickly flex into different situations at a moment's notice and enjoy the challenges of helping build an organization of talented individuals.


**Responsibilities include providing overall operation support to the Talent Acquisition team with the following activities:**

**Requisition Management**

+ Post Requisitions in PS Recruit (Applicant Tracking System) and external job boards

+ Position number management

+ Update requisition disposition

**Candidate Management**

+ Update candidate dispositions in PS Recruit

+ Update candidate information

+ Pre-screen resumes

+ Arrange interview/video interview/panel interview

+ Participate on-campus sessions during campus recruitment seasons

+ Arrange candidate tests

+ Invoice/travel expense form processing

**Pre-employment Candidate On-boarding**

+ Log offer details/Preparation of Offer letters of entry level positions

+ Maintain candidate pool for entry level

+ Negotiate offer with candidates for some entry-level positions

+ Log offer information into local on-boarding form for following on-boarding process

+ Conduct pre-employment requirements (background verification) per recruiters request

+ Coordinate relocation and immigration requests

+ Applicant Tracking System updating as needed (PS Recruit) of intern positons

+ Coordinate candidate day one payroll information as well as any additional sign-on bonus payments included in the offer letter

+ Ensure compliance with local labor laws as it relates to candidate and job requisition information

**Recruiter Support**

+ Produce Metrics and Reports for TA team and Recruiters

+ Actively participate in local Talent Acquisition projects to drive productivity and enhance Talent Acquisition brand internally and externally

+ Overall administrative support such as stationary applications

+ Other responsibilities may be assigned by recruiters

**Qualifications (Training, Education & Prior Experience):**

+ Minimum of 0-2 year work experience with demonstrated ability to carry out administrative tasks efficiently and accurately

+ Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience required

+ Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to independently prioritize work

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese & English

+ Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

+ Able to communicate and work effectively with all levels of management.

+ Able to work in a team environment and be willing to share workload with other administrative support

+ High sense of responsibility and self-initiative and sensitive to details

+ Good documentation skill
